(Universal Pictures).

(Fox Deutschland).

„DADDY’S HOME 2“ (USA) von Sean Anders mit Mark Wahlberg, Mel Gibson, Will Ferrell und John Litgow über eine Weihnachtsfeier mit Familienmitgliedern, die unterhiedicher nicht sein können. Besonders die Großväter Kurt (Mel Gibson) und Don (John Lithgow) bringen hier die Idylle durcheinander. Ein typischer amerikanischer Weihnachts-Spass-Katastrophen-Film mit Starbesetzung (Paramount Pictures). In den weiteren Rollen u.a. Victoria’s Secret Model Alessandra Ambrosio

„THE LIVING REPAIR“ (France) by Katell Quillévéré about a young surfer who dies suddenly and the parents are faced with deciding whether to release his organs for donation. Even a mother of two is waiting for a donor heart. (Wild Bunch Germany).
„A GHOST STORY“ (USA) by David Lowery with Casey Affleck and Rooney Mara on a man who has recently passed away but remains as a ghost with his wife – but invisible to her. Reminiscent of the movie „Ghost“ with Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze from 1990. (Universal Pictures).
„THE MOUNTAIN BETWEEN US“ (USA), from Hany Abu-Assad with Kate Winslet, Idris Elba and Beau Bridges about two people who crash in the mountains in an airplane trying to get through the freezing cold to strike through next place. A fight for survival begins, with the two survivors approaching emotionally. (Fox Germany).
„DADDY’S HOME 2“ (USA) by Sean Anders with Mark Wahlberg, Mel Gibson, Will Ferrell and John Litgow on a Christmas party with family members who can not be underwhelmed. Especially the grandfathers Kurt (Mel Gibson) and Don (John Lithgow) mix up the idyll here. A typical American Christmas fun catastrophe movie with star cast (Paramount Pictures). In the other roles u.a. Victoria’s Secret Model Alessandra Ambrosio
„BO AND THE CHRISTMAS STAR“ („The Star“, USA) by Timothy Reckart is a beautiful animated film about a brave donkey who flees his slave labor at a mill and follows a star in the sky on his way to freedom. A Christmas story tells a different story with great characters (There are especially three cheeky camels to mention) and many funny moments. A recommendation for the whole family (Sony Pictures).
