Seid‘ und Samt am Leibe löschen das Feuer in der Küchen aus – Dieses Sprichwort hinkt hier allemal.
Denn bei Ronny Siewert & Friends führen Tand und Luxus definitiv nicht dazu, dass Sorgfalt und Disziplin zum Erliegen kommen, sondern sie bringen das Feuer in der Küche erst richtig zum Lodern – insbesondere auf der Tanzfläche.
Küchenstation
Neben den verschiedenen Essensstationen, welche quer durch die prachtvollen, mit glitzernden Kristallleuchtern geschmückten Säle des Kurhauses verteilt waren, wurde in der Küche Platz für eine Gin-Bar, für einen DJ und tanzfreudige Gäste geschaffen.
So konnte hier, berauscht von exquisit zubereiteten Kostbarkeiten, bis spät in die Nacht gefeiert werden.

Doch auch ohne Special-Events bietet das Grand Hotel Heiligendamm eine Vielfalt an exquisiten kulinarischen Erlebnissen und Abwechslung durch die immer neuen Ideen des Küchenchefs Stefan Duckhorn:
von der Fine-Dining Experience bei Ronny Siewert über das fürstlich üppige und reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet & Frühstücksoptionen à la carte bis hin zur Sushi Bar oder der Newton Bar mit den typischen Hotel-Klassikern wie dem Club-Sandwich und Caesar Salat.
Im Sommer mit Broiler, Currywurst oder auch Fischbrötchen vom Foodtruck.

Heiligendamm. Das erste deutsche Seebad.
Nächstes Jahr steht ein ganz besonderes Jubiläum an: 200 Jahre Heiligendamm, ursprünglich entstanden am Heiligen Damm.
Der Sage nach einem etwa 30 Meter breitem eiszeitlichen Geröllwall vor der Küste, der während eines längeren Sturms sichtbar wurde – für die Bewohnern der Siedlungen ein vom Himmel geschickter Schutzwall.
Schön auch, dass den Gästen hier regelmäßig fachlich fundierte Vorträge und Führungen zur Geschichte des Hotels geboten werden.
Sandstrand unmittelbar vor dem Grand Hotel
Die Besonderheit dieses Ortes ist gleichzeitig sein Alleinstellungsmerkmal, nämlich dass es für sich steht, alleine am Meer:
Keine Ortschaft und keine öffentliche Promenade drumherum.
Diese Unmittelbarkeit zum Meer ist einzigartig.
Das Grand Hotel bietet nicht nur direkten Zugang zum Meer, sondern auch die Meeresluft gelangt ohne Umwege in die herrlich großzügigen Zimmer und Lichthöfe des Hotels und erfrischt wohltuend.
Traumsuite mit 360° Ausblick
Heiligendamm besteht auch heute aus nicht mehr als dem Grand Hotel sowie der sogenannten Perlenkette, weißen Villen entlang der Promenade, welche alle in Privateigentum sind.
Mit klangvollen Namen wie der Villa Seestern, Villa Greif, Villa Möwe…
Die Villen, die dahinter liegenden Kolonnaden, das Palais, damals wie heute, alles weiß.
Daher auch bekannt als die „Weiße Stadt am Meer“.

Ob an warmen Sommertagen im Strandkorb und der Ostsee zur Abkühlung, oder im Herbst und Winter warm eingepackt mit Windbreakern und Mütze, im Ohr das Rollen der stürmischen, gleichwohl beruhigenden Gewalt des Meeres:

Silk and velvet on the body put out the fire in the kitchen – this saying is definitely limping here.
At Ronny Siewert & Friends, frills and luxury do not mean that diligence and discipline come to a standstill, quite the opposite, they get the fire blazing in the kitchen – especially on the dance floor.
Kitchen station
In addition to the various food stations, which were set up throughout the imposing halls of the Kurhaus, decorated with glittering crystal chandeliers, in the kitchen space was made for a gin bar, a DJ and dancing guests. Inebriated by exquisitely prepared delicacies, one could dance and celebrate late into the night.

Even without special events, the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm offers a variety of exquisite culinary experiences and variety due to the creative new ideas of the head chef Stefan Duckhorn. Heiligendamm. The first German seaside resort. A very special anniversary is coming up next year: 200 years of Heiligendamm, originally created on the holy dam. According to the legend, an ice age scree wall about 30 meters wide off the coast, which became visible during a longer storm – a protective wall sent from heaven for the residents of the settlements. The guests are even regularly offered well-founded lectures and guided tours on the history of the hotel.

The special feature of this place is simultaneously its unique selling point, namely that it stands on its own, alone by the sea, no village, no public promenade. This immediacy to the sea is unique. Heiligendamm still consists of nothing more than the Grand Hotel and the so-called string of pearls, white villas along the promenade, all of which are privately owned. Each having illustrious names like Villa Seestern (sea star), Villa Greif (griffon), Villa Möwe (sea gull). The villas, the colonnades behind them, the palace, back then as well as now, everything is white. Therefore, also known as the „White City by the Sea“.

The stringent orientation as a generation hotel is very impressive. Particularly child friendly. Unique, and never seen before in such an exclusive way, is the children’s paradise. Located in the former house of the estate hunter. Three floors of pure fun for all ages. Designed with great attention to detail. Here, the parents are more likely having a struggle for joint time with the children and rather have to linger alone in the spa. There are children’s and family swimming times in the swimming pool, so it also caters to those who just want to enjoy a break and have some peace and quiet.
Steep coast line, ghost forest and the Sea
Whether during warm summer days in a beach chair and the Baltic Sea to cool off, or during autumn and winter wrapped up warm with windbreakers, scarfs and hats, listening to the rolling of the stormy, yet calming force of the Sea, the strange nature consisting of cliffs and a mysterious ghost forest allow visitors to relax and come to rest.
