Kultur Sommer Festival Berlin 2022

Dieser erste Sommer der wiedergewonnenen Freiheit nach der (fast) überstandenen Corona-Pandemie beschert der Hauptstadt Berlin ein reichhaltiges Kulturprogramm
Die Kulturprojekte GmbH der Stadt Berlin, eine Gesellschaft der Senatsverwaltung für Kultur und Europa (Verantwortlicher Senator: Klaus Lederer) hat für diesen Sommer 2022 ein umfangreiches Kulturprogramm entwickelt, dessen Veranstaltungen auf der Website www.draussenstadt.berlin zu finden sind.
Wie der Name der Homepage schon aussagt, geht es hautsächlich um Veranstaltungen, die sich unter freiem Himmel abspielen, aber nicht nur.
Und alle Veranstaltungen sind kostenfrei.
Dafür haben die Kulturprojekte insgesamt 90 Partner ins Boot geholt.
Dazu gehören u.a. die Staatsoper Unter den Linden (die Premiere der Oper „TURANDOT“ fand am letzten Samstag auf dem Bebelplatz per Livestream aus der Staatsoper statt, kultur24 berichtete), Fete de la Music (war am 21. Juni am Brandenburger Tor), Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, Staatsballett Berlin (unternimmt eine Bootsfahrt auf der Spree am 26. August), Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Tanz im August, Berliner Ensemble, Friedrichstadt-Palast bis zum Literaturhaus Berlin, Kunstraum Bethanien, Gärten der Welt, der Club Gretchen und viele mehr.

Viele dieser Veranstaltungen hätten sowieso stattgefunden. Nur das es jetzt ein gemeinsames Dach gibt, welches das Finden und das Auswählen unter den Hunderten von Veranstaltungen leichter macht.

- Am 24. August ab 18.00 Uhr – Tanz, Show und Music mit den Höhepunkten aus der aktuellen Show „ARISE“ (kultur24 berichtete von der Premiere) bietet das Ensemble des Friedrichstadt-Palastes von 18.00 – 22.00 Uhr auf dem Areal der Malzfabrik in der Bessemerstr. 2, 12103 Berlin
- Am 26. August ab 18.00 Uhr – Ballett und Tanz zeigt das STAATSBALLETT Berlin während einer Bootsfahrt auf der Spree. Los geht’s ab 18.00 Uhr am Haus der Kulturen der Welt bis zur Mühlenschleuse und wieder zurück (siehe Titelfoto oben). Gezeigt werden u.a. Auszüge aus „Schwanensee“, „Lab_Works 2022“ und dem berühmten „Half life“ von Sharon Eyal.

Culture Summer Festival Berlin 2022

The first summer of regained freedom after the (almost) overcoming of the Corona- Pandemic brings a rich cultural program to the capital Berlin
The Kulturprojekte GmbH of the City of Berlin, a company of the Senate Department for Culture and Europe (Responsible Senator: Klaus Lederer) has developed an extensive cultural program for this summer 2022, the events of which can be found on the website www.draussenstadt.berlin.
As the name of the homepage already says, it is mainly about events that take place in the open air, but not only.
And the events are free.
The cultural project brought a total of 90 partners on board.
These include the Staatsoper Unter den Linden (the premiere of the opera „TURANDOT“ took place last Saturday on Bebelplatz via live stream from the Staatsoper, kultur24 reported), Fete de la Music (was at the Brandenburg Gate on June 21), Staatliche Museums in Berlin, Staatsballett Berlin (takes a boat trip on the Spree on August 26), House of World Cultures, Tanz im August, Berliner Ensemble, Friedrichstadt-Palast to the Literaturhaus Berlin, Kunstraum Bethanien, Gardens of the World, the Club Gretchen and many more.
Many of these events would have taken place anyway.
Only that there is now a common roof, which makes finding and selecting among the hundreds of events easier.
And everything on a common homepage. According to this website, access to all events should be free of charge.

– On August 26 from 6 p.m. – the STAATBALLETT Berlin shows ballet and dance during a boat trip on the Spree. It starts at 6 p.m. at the House of World Cultures to the Mühlenschleuse and back again. Excerpts from „Swan Lake“, „Lab_Works 2022“ and the famous „Half life“ by Sharon Eyal will be shown, among others.
